Annual Facilitator´s Gathering 2024 & Certification Ceremony বার্ষিক ফ্যাসিলিটেটর সমাবেশ 2024 এবং সার্টিফিকেশন অনুষ্ঠান

On 26th of November, ICDP Bangladesh hosted the Annual Facilitator´s Gathering i Dhaka. over 120 people was gathered for teaching activities and the Certification Ceremony of 8 new Trainers.

২৬শে নভেম্বর, আইসিডিপি বাংলাদেশ ঢাকায় বার্ষিক ফ্যাসিলিটেটরস সমাবেশের আয়োজন করে। শিক্ষাদান কার্যক্রম এবং 8 জন নতুন প্রশিক্ষকের সার্টিফিকেশন অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য 120 জনেরও বেশি লোক জড়ো হয়েছিল।

14 new Facilitators certified 14 নতুন ফ্যাসিলিটেটর প্রত্যয়িত 

On the 19th of November 2024, the ICDP-team had the honor of certifyning 14 new Facilitators. This took place at at their third and final workshop, after they all excelled at their exams. 

19ই নভেম্বর 2024-এ, ICDP-টিম 14 জন নতুন ফ্যাসিলিটেটরকে প্রত্যয়িত করার সম্মান পেয়েছিল। তারা সকলেই তাদের পরীক্ষায় পারদর্শী হওয়ার পরে এটি তাদের তৃতীয় এবং চূড়ান্ত কর্মশালায় ঘটেছিল।

Second workshop for facilitators at LAMB

LAMB এ ফ্যাসিলিটেটরদের জন্য দ্বিতীয় কর্মশালা

3rd to 5th of November, the second workshop was held for Facilitators in training. 20 people gathered at LAMB hospitals´ training center for groups discussions and training from our Trainers. 

3 থেকে 5 নভেম্বর, প্রশিক্ষণে ফ্যাসিলিটেটরদের জন্য দ্বিতীয় কর্মশালা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। 20 জন লোক আমাদের প্রশিক্ষকদের কাছ থেকে গ্রুপ আলোচনা এবং প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য LAMB হাসপাতালের প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্রে জড়ো হয়েছিল।

New Project Coordinator নতুন প্রকল্প সমন্বয়কারী

We are happy to announce that Angela Lovely Mondol will be our new Project Manager at Normisjon Main Office. She is bringing her experience from leading projects in Friends of Basha and earlier. 

আমরা ঘোষণা করতে পেরে আনন্দিত যে অ্যাঞ্জেলা লাভলি মন্ডল নর্মিসজন মেইন অফিসে আমাদের নতুন প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজার হবেন। তিনি ফ্রেন্ডস অফ বাশা এবং এর আগেকার নেতৃস্থানীয় প্রকল্পগুলি থেকে তার অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে আসছেন।

Monitoring through interviews

সাক্ষাৎকারের মাধ্যমে মনিটরিং

Each year staff from the HCDP-team visit dozens of villages in other to monitor the growth of ICDP in Bangladesh. They interview several facilitators, caregivers and children, chosen through randomized control. This is done to get an objective and generalized impression of how the program has effected the lives of the participants and their families. 

প্রতি বছর এইচসিডিপি-টিমের কর্মীরা বাংলাদেশে আইসিডিপির বৃদ্ধি পর্যবেক্ষণের জন্য অন্যান্য দেশের কয়েক ডজন গ্রামে যান। তারা এলোমেলো নিয়ন্ত্রণের মাধ্যমে নির্বাচিত বেশ কয়েকটি সুবিধাদাতা, পরিচর্যাকারী এবং শিশুদের সাক্ষাৎকার নেয়। প্রোগ্রামটি কীভাবে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের এবং তাদের পরিবারের জীবনকে প্রভাবিত করেছে তার একটি উদ্দেশ্যমূলক এবং সাধারণ ধারণা পেতে এটি করা হয়।

Partnering with UNICEF and Bangladesh government

ইউনিসেফ এবং বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সাথে অংশীদারিত্ব

Through UNICEF the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs (MOWCA) has now become part of the ICDP work in Bangladesh.

ইউনিসেফের মাধ্যমে নারী ও শিশু বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয় (MOWCA) এখন বাংলাদেশে ICDP কাজের অংশ হয়ে উঠেছে।
